Starting Team

At East Meck being a starter in our side is more than just a simple privilege. It is an honor. The first 15 will be making history, taking the leadership and creating a new tradition in our school; a tradition of discipline, courage and loyalty.

There are several factors that are considered to select the first 15. Starter Players must perform well at all time; in and out of the pitch.

1.      Commitment to the team. Respect the team, its members and yourself. Look always for the best of the club.

2.      Practice dedication. Practice behavior.

3.      Courage. Game behavior.

4.      Leadership ability on and off the pitch.

5.      High level of Performance: Personal, Unit and Team performance. Every where, During games and at School.

Registration Forms are Vital in order to be selected. Pick yor forms, fill them out and turn them in to Coach V.

Physical Form

If you meet all the requirements, you will represent East Meck "A" Side and you will be ranked   N1 on your position. To keep your position, as starter you must show evidence of continuous improvement and meet the high standards set for each one of them.

Our Club Mission

To give to every East Meck Rugby Player, male or female the opportunity to learn, practice and play the sport of rugby experiencing the leadership, friendship and fellowship opportunities offered on and off of the pitch.

Because Rugby is a sport for everybody, regardless of physical shape, every player will have the opportunity to run, kick, pass the ball and score. There is no a single star in a rugby team, the whole team makes the game by working together. In rugby we honor the game.
